Currency & Pricing

Payment Processing

  • Authorization: Payment is authorized at the time of order placement
  • Charge: Your card will be charged once your order is confirmed and ready for shipment
  • Processing Time: Most payments are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once payment is successfully processed

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, please check the following:

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking/UPI: 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may be subject to restocking fees.
